Electronic Components

The Company offers interconnect and electro-mechanical products, including connectors, relays, switches, circuit breakers and lighted products. The Company also offers value-added assembled products, including mil-circular and rack and panel connectors and illuminated push button switches. The Company maintains connector components in inventory, which allows the Company to respond to customer orders. In addition, its lighted switch assembly operation affords customers same day service, including engraving capabilities in multiple languages.

Machined Parts and Other

Machined par! ts are de! signed for a specific customer and are assigned original product manufacturers (OEM)-specific SKUs. The machined parts, the Company distributes include laser cut or stamped brackets, milled parts, shims, stampings, turned parts and welded assemblies made of materials ranging from high-grade steel or titanium to nickel based alloys. Two top GOP lawmakers told Securities and Exchange Commission Chairwoman Mary Jo White in a recent letter that the agency has violated federal law by failing to conduct “any economic analysis” on the recently adopted Volcker rule, and have asked her to explain to them by Jan. 24 the “legal justification” for the agency’s oversight.

House Financial Services Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas, along with Rep. Scott Garrett, R-N.J., chairman of the Capital Markets Subcommittee, told White in their Monday letter that the final Volcker rule, adopted by the five federal regulators on Dec. 10, should have undergone an economic analysis.

“Conducting an economic analysis is a well-established legal requirement and both the Administrative Procedure Act and the Federal securities laws require the Commission to conduct a detailed analysis of the likely economic consequences of its rules and to connect these consequences to efficiency, competition and capital formation,” the two lawmakers wrote. “At 932 pages, there is no doubt the Volcker rule will have a significant impact on the U.S. capital markets and the broader economy.”

The U.S. division of Paris-based Sanofi (NYSE: SNY) announced on Monday that an iconic U.S. consumer product not named Twinkies is on its way back to store shelves. Over-the-counter antacid Rolaids is once again available after a gap of nearly three years.

Sanofi�� U.S. consumer products subsidiary Chattem Inc. acquired the rights to the Rolaids brand from McNeil-PPC, Inc. — a division of Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) — in January of this year and has lived up to its promise to get the product back on store shelves by the end of 2013. J&J pulled Rolaids from the market in December 2010 following the discovery of contamination in the tablets which were made under contract.

J&J reportedly paid $16.6 billion to Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) to acquire the Rolaids brand in 2006. The terms of the sale to Sanofi was not disclosed.

TV chef Guy Fieri has been hired to market Rolaids and Chattem said it will resurrect one of the most recognizable taglines in advertising history to support the product launch: ��ow do you spell relief? R-O-L-A-I-D-S.��/p>

    Traders should now look for long-biased trades in TITN as long as it's trending above that low at $15.89 and then once it sustains a move or close above those breakout levels with volume that hits near or above 366,688 shares. If that breakout hits soon, then TITN will set up to re-test or possibly take out its next major overhead resistance levels at $21 to its 200-day moving average at $23.43 a share.
